Richard Bedrosian, Ph.D., president and founder of MySelfHelp.com, recently
served as a member of the National Institute of Health Scientific Review
Committee. This committee reviews small business research and development
grant applications that have a focus on technology, aging, and adult psychopathology.
The committee met at the St. Gregory Hotel in Washington D.C. in July
to review selected grant applications.
Dr. Bedrosian is an Associate in Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts
Medical School and has over 26 years of experience as a practicing psychologist
and clinical supervisor, mostly in full-time private practice, with depression
and related disorders as a primary area of expertise. He has also served
as Principal Investigator on seven Small Business Innovative Research grants
and contracts, from the National Institute of Mental Health and the National
Institute on Aging, to develop self-help Internet programs.
